How to order

Here's PRONOVATION's shopping process to help you make it easy.

1. Registration

If you do not have a PRONOVATION account, please click Register first. The detailed steps are as follows:

1. On the PRONOVATION homepage, click "Register" for free at the upper right corner.

2, Enter the registration page, fill in according to the actual information, click registration, waiting for review.

3, after the completion of registration, you can log in to the website to buy goods, please pay attention to save your account and password, do not leak.

2. Find products

PRONOVATION offers you several ways to search:

1, accurate search: you want to buy the name of the product or keyword input in the search box above.

2, classification screening: For example, if you want to buy a certain category of goods, you can click on the corresponding category in the "All categories" on the home page, you can enter the search page.

3. Home brand selection: In the brand area of the home page of the website, click the brand logo to enter the product search page of the brand. 

4, in the process of searching for goods, if you encounter any problems, you can call online customer service at any time.

3. Add to cart

1. Add to cart: After finding the desired product, select the product specification and quantity, and click "Add to cart".

2, View the shopping cart: After finding all the required goods, you can view the shopping cart, confirm the goods and quantity, ready to place an order.

4. Submit the order

After confirming the product information of the shopping cart, click Settlement to enter the "Confirm order information" page.

Confirm the "delivery address".

Confirm invoice information:

In ordinary invoices, if the invoice title is personal, just fill in the invoice title; If the invoice is made out to the enterprise, the taxpayer identification number should also be filled in.

Factories/enterprises can issue special VAT invoices, which need to fill in the invoice title, taxpayer identification number, registered address, registered telephone number, bank, bank account information.

No matter what kind of invoice is issued, it is necessary to fill in the consignee's address. When completed, click Save.

If you do not need an invoice, you can check "Do not use invoice", note that once you choose not to issue an invoice, you can not issue an invoice after the order is submitted.

Submit the order. After the order information is confirmed, you can click "Submit order". After the order is submitted, you can click "My Account - My Order" (pending payment, pending shipment, pending receipt) to enter the order center, check the order status, or make payment, cancel order, confirm receipt and other operations. If you submit an order incorrectly, you can cancel the order and place a new one.

5. Pay the order

Choice of payment method: Currently, PRONOVATION supports credit card, phone order, Alipay and wechat. After selecting, click "place order".

Wechat Pay: Open wechat on your phone, scan the QR code on the page, and pay.

Alipay payment: Open Alipay on your phone, scan the QR code on the page, and pay.
