Instructions for receiving goods

1、Timely Receipt of Goods
After PRONOVATION Shopping dispatches your order,you will be notified of the logistics information via SMS or email.The recipient is obligated to receive the goods promptly upon delivery by the courier.The recipient may sign for the goods personally or authorize another person(including a security guard,family member,etc.)to do so on their behalf.A signature by another person is considered as the recipient's own signature.Signing for the goods indicates that the recipient has no objections to the items received.
2、Important Notes for Inspection and Signing
• Inspect the Packaging
Before signing for the goods,the recipient must check the integrity of the packaging in the presence of the courier.Ensure that the package is unopened and free from any signs of damage,such as crushing,deformation,or tampering.If the packaging appears to be significantly damaged,you have the right to refuse the delivery.Ask the courier to note on the delivery slip,"Damaged packaging,refused by recipient."Please contact PRONOVATION Shopping customer service immediately for further assistance.
• Inspect the Goods On-Site
If the package is marked as fragile,please open the box and inspect the contents on the spot.If you discover any damage to the goods after signing for them,we will be unable to process complaints regarding the damage.During inspection,verify that the items match the order description,including quantity,model,and specifications.
• Conditions for Refusal
If you find that the goods are damaged or do not match the order description during inspection,you have the right to refuse the delivery.Clearly inform the courier of the reason for refusal and request that they note the specific circumstances on the delivery slip.
• Document Damages
If you notice any damage to the packaging before signing for the goods,make a note on the delivery slip,such as"Damaged packaging,product damaged"or"Inner goods damaged,refused by recipient."Contact PRONOVATION Shopping customer service promptly.If you refuse the delivery,the goods will be returned to PRONOVATION Shopping by the logistics company.Please contact our after-sales staff immediately after refusal for further processing.
• Retain Evidence
To better protect your rights,we recommend that you retain evidence of any damaged goods during the inspection and signing process,such as photos or videos.These materials will help us quickly address your complaints and claims.
