1、Return and Exchange Scope
• Subjective Returns and Exchanges
Some products sold on PRONOVATION Shopping can be returned or exchanged without reason within 7 days from the date of receipt.From day 8 to 15,a 20%handling fee will be charged on the returned amount.Returns and exchanges requested after 15 days will not be processed.Products eligible for return are marked with★on the website.Products without this mark are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Return and Exchange Requirements
• Returned products must be in their original packaging,complete with all accessories and documentation,and in a condition that allows for resale.
• You must return the original invoice and all related documents(including but not limited to packing slips,receipts,product manuals,and warranty cards).
• Products Not Eligible for Return and Exchange
• Products specially ordered according to customer requirements(such as custom-made products,consignment products,bulk orders).
• Consumables,single-use products,and clearance items.
• Consignment products that customers have confirmed as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
• Products not sold by PRONOVATION Shopping or for which a PRONOVATION invoice cannot be provided.
• Products that affect resale(such as damaged packaging,opened packages,used products,or missing accessories).
2、Return and Exchange Procedures
• Determination of Actual Receipt Date
For orders delivered by PRONOVATION Shopping or partner logistics,the actual receipt date confirmed by the logistics feedback will be used.
• Written Information Required When Returning Products
• Order processing number,customer contact person,and contact details.
• Ordering number,model,quantity of the product to be returned/exchanged/repairs,and the reason for the return.
• Proof Required for Returns and Exchanges
• Photos of the entire package,packing list,product packaging,and product details.
• The proof must be clear and not marked or damaged.
• Freight Responsibility
• If the return or exchange is caused by PRONOVATION Shopping,we will cover the shipping costs.
• For returns and exchanges due to other reasons,the customer will bear the shipping costs.
• Return and Exchange Processing Time
If a product is mistakenly sent and needs to be returned or exchanged,we will process the replacement or refund as soon as possible after receiving the returned goods.
• Invoice Handling
• If a VAT invoice has been issued and the customer has not yet offset it,the original VAT invoice must be returned.
• If the invoice has been offset,please provide an Application for Issuing a Red VAT Invoice.
• If the above cannot be provided,the customer will be responsible for the tax losses incurred(13%of the tax-inclusive invoice amount).
3、Refund Guidelines
• Refund Timeframe
For approved refund applications,we will complete the refund within 7-10 working days after receiving the returned goods and verifying them in the warehouse.If the goods fail the inspection,the refund will not be processed.Due to delays in submitting refund applications,returning goods,or processing times by banks or third-party payment platforms,the refund time may be extended.
• Refund Method
Refunds will be made to the original payment method(e.g.,if the order was paid via Alipay,the refund will be returned to the Alipay account).
• Refund Application
When applying for a refund,please provide the refund account and related information to our business or after-sales staff to facilitate timely processing.
