The Elite-WAX column, a Polar Polyethylene glycol (PEG) stationary phase column, is a general purpose polar PEG phase commonly used for the analysis of polar compounds like alkenols, glycols and aldehydes. The extended operating temperature range up to 250 °C allowing analysis of compounds that have a wide volatility range. Selectivity of the Elite-WAX is comparable to other Carbowax® columns for compounds of intermediate to high polarity. Equivalent to USP G14, G15, G16, G20, G39 phases.
